    welcome, the pic is kind of dark, but it looks to me like it has been rubbed on the high points, strictly based on wear the obverse looks XF reverse could go AU, it has good lines at the top of the stalk, but it looks somewhat pitted too, I would value it at around VF net, but lincolns are not my best subject.

    I'm not a Lincoln cent expert, so I'm not going to make any comments on this. However this image of the obverse might be better / more true to the colors?

    Jesh,
    this is closer than the reddish image above, however it is a tad bit darker yet. But not too much.
    What did you do to get that color?

    I used Photoshop to adjust the tone on it.

    I will have a 'free' online version of a photoshop-copy up tomorrow.
