I have been staring at this coin under a microscope for about an hour trying to determine if it is a VAM-6 O/O coin. I'm planning to send it to PCGS for grading and I don't want to spend the extra $18 for the variety attribution if it's definitely not going to receive it.

Basically this 'O' mint mark is just very wacky. It looks like it has been stamped at least twice because it is very oversized, wide, and barely has any space inside the O. I have several other Morgan Dollars with an 'O' mint mark that I have viewed side by side and it is a very drastic difference. Please let me know what you think. Maybe it isn't a VAM-6 O/O but if someone could shed some insight onto what this may be it would be greatly appreciated. Also I wouldn't mind hearing some opinions on what grade this might get.
