Miklós Horthy is on the obverse of the coin, along with the writing: "VITÉZ NAGYBÁNYAI HORTHY MIKLÓS KORMÁNYZÓSÁGÁNAK 10 ÉVFORDULÓJÁRA" which translates to: "To the 10th anniversary of the regency of Vitéz Miklós Horthy de Nagybánya".
The reverse of the coin features "MAGYAR KIRÁLYSÁG" which translates to "Kingdom of Hungary", and also has the coat of arms with angels, the value, and mintmark.
