    Winter olympics?

opening ceremony for the olympics comments??? i dont think they were very good, and i am not comparing to china. I just felt they were a little boring.

Feel very sorry for the family of the luge competitor

I'm not much of a fan myself, and I agree, the opening was pretty boring. Not only that, but it bounced around way to much for my taste.

My wife enjoys the figure skating, and I really only like to watch hockey or the luge, but not much else. You can't compare these olympics opening with China, the budget was completely different and China basically had something to prove.

Either you like the Olympics, or you don't!!

The perfomance thrown down by Shaun White in the snowboarding half pipe was absolutely phenomenal. Already had the gold in his 1st run and then he goes out does the sickest half pipe run in history (48.4). WOW!

    Sick indeed

Watched the repeat of it again last night... he did an awesome job, love how he commented something along the lines of "I wanted to show them what I could REALLY do."

    Haha, killer.

    Cool time laps

The only thing bad is that in the morning I see what was won.that makes me less likely to watch that nights showing
