CoinManage 2009 by Liberty Street software is one of the easiest and most powerful coin management programs I've used. The software has numerous options, and although the layout may not be the most 'modern' looking, the data is provides and allows you to save is what is more important.

Not only will it store your information, but it will also allow you to create some informative reports about your coins. For instance, basic reports allow you to create a report of your coins grouped by year, while more advanced reports can be created to include your coins grouped by vendor and type, along with graphs, images and more. You can also export your data into a variety of formats, including HTML, PDF, XML, Excel, and more.
